Brija Cosmetics Lip Tint and La Chick Poo Poo Lip Glacé

My purse is never without natural lip tint. It’s the perfect balm/lipstick combo for any woman on the go needing a quick color touch up. Lately my go to lip tints have been Brija Cosmetics, Peyton and La Chick Poo Poo lip glace in Claudia Mauve-ia. I love my lips feeling smooth and buttery. The beautiful colors added are just icing on the cake.

Brija Cosmetics Peyton Lip Tint
Brija is an indie company started up by one of my first, favorite, Green, YouTube Gurus named Brianna. I was so excited when I heard she was starting up a natural makeup line. If you have seen Brianna’s (iluvjesse444) YouTube channel, you know how strict she is with natural makeup ingredients. I knew her product line would use top of the line ingredients. By luck, I won a Green Beauty Blog giveaway that included a set of Brija eye shadows and the lip tint Peyton. As I said, I love a good lip butter texture and Peyton is just that. The tint also has a hint of peppermint that’s not overpowering.
Peyton is described as: “A peachy rose nude with a slight pink purple iridescence especially in the light. Wear over a nude base to make the peach really stand out!” This tint is great for all types of makeup looks ranging from natural to dramatic. It compliments any skin tone with its peachy rose color.
Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Tin Oxide, Candelilla Wax, Jojoba Oil, Apricot Oil, Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Boron Nitride, Peppermint Essential Oil
Final Thoughts: I will continue to support the Indie company of Brija Cosmetics. Brija offers a wide variety of face goodies with amazing color pigments. I plan to try the new lip tints avaliable, as well as the other products offered.

La Chick Poo Poo Lip Glacé – Claudia Mauve-ia

I came across La Chick Poo Poo at my local natural store. The name made me give the product a second look. At first, I was a little taken back by the name, but surprisingly intrigued. This lip glace is a new product by I Love Chicken Poop. Their most popular seller is their Chicken Poop Lip Balms. With  the name Lip Glace, my first instinct was a gloss like texture. I was happy it was the butter texture I love. The lip color is also so vibrant and beautiful.
Claudia Mauve-ia is a chocolate, mauve, rose shade with a subtle shimmer. It glides on easy and the aroma of Sweet Orange Essential Oil is so refreshing, you’d think you just peeled an actual orange. The orange oil is not overpowering, just enough to stimulate some taste buds.
La Chick Poo Poo is free from: “Paraben, carmine and 100% poop free. In fact, it smells a whole lot better than its name might suggest.”
Ingredients: Avocado Oil, Beeswax, Zinc Oxide, Essential Oil of Sweet Orange, Vitamin E. May Contain: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide.
Price: $4.50  http://www.ilovechickenpoop.com to find your nearest retail store.
Final Thoughts: I love the creative effect this company gives their products. They offer 3 lip glace colors, and I look forward to trying all the chicken poops.

  1. Great post! I have just bought some Brija items and they are all such high quality, I love them all. I love the sound of that second lip tint and have managed to find a UK stockist! It is on my list as a must-buy but I will wait a little as I am trying not to impulse buy!
